Responsibilities Include:
Administer the predictive portion of the reliability program:
Vibration, Ultrasound, Thermography, and Machine Lubrication Program Become the subject matter experts with the following maintenance standards:
alignment, hydraulics, fasteners, for example, and assist where directed to instill the practices in the field Acquire a good understanding of RCFAs and assist as require Qualifications to enter the program:
Must have demonstrated good attendance, safety and work record Be a self-starter Work independently and as a member of cross-functional teams consisting of maintenance, operations, quality control, safety, environmental and administration Ability to commit to and successfully complete a 3 year training programs Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively train others Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet business need Qualifications to continue in the program:
Complete non-certification courses virtually, on-site or off-site as required; travel may be required.
Course examples are:
Condition Monitoring Fundamentals, Lubrication Best Practices, Root Cause Failure Analysis Complete certification courses virtually, on-site or off-site as required:
travel may be required Course examples are:
Vibration Category 1, 2 and 3, Ultrasound 1, Machine Lubrication Technology 1, Infrared 1 and 2.
Other certification courses may also be added to this curriculum.
